Motors containing windings fed from Power Distribution Panels are inductive loads. Inductive loads draw inductive current from the electrcity network and interferes undesirably occupy the network. Power Factor Correction Panels containing capacitors eliminate this unwanted and useless current draw. Electrcitry sytem operators do not accept inductive consuption, thus the consumers have to set power factor correction panels beside their main panels.
