Oil transformers are oil immersed products. In dry transformers, there is no oil for cooling. Dry Transformers are cooled by air. The windings are isolated by coating them with epoxy resin. One of the most occurred problem is oil leakage on the oil type transformers. When there is a Dry Transformer no oil leakage problem and oil fire problem.
